These terms describe the oktosoft website, its estimate calculator and the free CSV demo. By sending a request, you ask us to reply under these terms.
oktosoft is a self-hosted AI product that looks for money and customer leaks in a business's own data. The installed product runs in the customer's environment and uses the customer's own AI account. The product does not send production data to oktosoft. Processing by the customer's AI provider is governed by that provider's terms. This website is the showcase, estimate tool and demo intake; it is not the customer's production workspace.
Prices on the calculator are planning estimates, not a quote. The final scope and price can change after we check the actual systems, fields, endpoints, access, data volume and data quality. A CSV submitted for a demo is stored as inert bytes—we do not execute it. Its contents are processed by an external AI provider solely to prepare the requested demo. The demo shows the chat answering questions about the submitted data; it is not an audit or a promise of findings.
You must have the right to send us the contact details and business data you submit. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, special-category data or information you are not allowed to share. The customer remains responsible for its source systems, access permissions, AI account and decisions made from the product's output.
The website and demo are provided as available. We may change, pause or discontinue a page or feature, including to apply security and infrastructure updates. We will not pretend that a failed submission succeeded.
The oktosoft name, website, copy, design and code belong to us or our licensors. You may use the public pages for evaluation, but may not scrape, overload, probe, reverse engineer or misuse the site, collector or demo intake.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by inaccurate or incomplete source data, or decisions made without independent review. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited or your mandatory consumer rights.
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. We may update them; the date above shows the current version. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they apply to a new request.
This policy explains what the oktosoft website receives, why we use it and how long we keep it.

The demo and estimate forms ask for two consents. Consent to data processing is required so we can answer the request. Consent to marketing is optional and covers oktosoft news and offers by email. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by writing to hello@oktosoft.cc. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe link, and we keep the consent and withdrawal record so we do not mail you again by mistake.
We do not use advertising or profiling cookies and do not build advertising profiles. The site uses self-hosted assets and first-party anonymous events only. Strictly necessary technical storage may be used by the infrastructure that delivers the site.
The installed product runs in the customer's environment and uses the customer's own AI account. It does not send production data to oktosoft. The customer's chosen AI provider may process that data under its own terms. The public CSV demo is a separate channel covered by this policy.
The operator works from Georgia. Infrastructure, email and external AI providers may process submitted data in other countries under their own terms.
The 14-day period starts when we receive your submission. Uploaded CSV files are deleted automatically from primary storage no later than 14 days after submission; show-me demo requests do not upload a CSV. Because uploaded files are included in encrypted infrastructure backups, a backup copy may remain for up to 14 additional days before the backup rotation removes it.
Contact records (name, email, business description, fit answers and request details) are kept for owner follow-up and a short support window, and are deleted no later than 14 days after that window unless you ask us to keep a specific record for an active matter. Anonymous aggregate events may be retained for product measurement without the contact record. Proxy and firewall logs containing IP addresses are kept for up to 14 days.
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop marketing emails, by writing to hello@oktosoft.cc. We will verify the request before acting.
Contact records are stored separately from analytics, outside the served web root, with restricted file permissions. We do not make decisions with legal effect about you. The calculator is a planning aid and the demo output requires human review.
The site is intended for business owners and operators, not children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will review deletion. If this policy changes materially, we will update the date and publish the new version here.
