What oktosoft is

oktosoft is a self-hosted AI product that looks for money and customer leaks in a business's own data. The production product is installed in the customer's environment and uses the customer's own AI account. This website is the showcase, estimate tool and demo intake; it is not the customer's production workspace.

Estimates and demos

Prices on the calculator are planning estimates, not a quote. The final scope and price can change after we check the actual systems, fields, endpoints, access, data volume and data quality. A CSV submitted for a demo is received as inert bytes by this site; we do not execute it or promise a finding when the data is insufficient.

Your data and your responsibilities

You must have the right to send us the contact details and business data you submit. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, special-category data or information you are not allowed to share. The customer remains responsible for its source systems, access permissions, AI account and decisions made from the product's output.

Availability and changes

The website and demo are provided as available. We may change, pause or discontinue a page or feature, including to apply security and infrastructure updates. We will not pretend that a failed submission succeeded.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

The oktosoft name, website, copy, design and code belong to us or our licensors. You may use the public pages for evaluation, but may not scrape, overload, probe, reverse engineer or misuse the site, collector or demo intake.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by inaccurate or incomplete source data, or decisions made without independent review. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited or your mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. We may update them; the date above shows the current version. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they apply to a new request.

Who is responsible

What we collect and why

• Name, email address and business description — to answer a demo or estimate request.
• Calculator choices and the resulting estimate — to understand the requested scope and reply with a checked proposal.
• A CSV attached to a demo request — to run the requested demo; the site stores it as inert bytes and does not execute it.
• Anonymous visit, depth, finding, calculator and submission events — to understand whether the public site works; these are kept separate from contact records.
• IP addresses in reverse-proxy and security logs — to deliver the site, rate-limit abuse and investigate incidents.

News and offers

The consent shown with a CSV or estimate request expressly covers oktosoft news and offers by email. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to hello@oktosoft.cc. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe link, and we keep the consent and withdrawal record so we do not mail you again by mistake.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising or profiling cookies and do not build advertising profiles. The site uses self-hosted assets and first-party anonymous events only. Strictly necessary technical storage may be used by the infrastructure that delivers the site.

Who processes the data

We do not sell or rent personal data. The self-hosted oktosoft product is designed so the customer's production data and the customer's AI key stay in the customer's environment; this public intake is a separate, limited channel.

• Cloudflare, Inc. — DNS, CDN, TLS and security filtering for the domain.
• OneProvider (ONE PROVIDER INC., Canada) — server provider; the production server is located in Germany (myLoc / WIIT AG, Düsseldorf-Essen).
• The email provider used for hello@oktosoft.cc — delivery and storage of messages you send us and replies we send.

International transfers

The operator works from Georgia. Cloudflare and the email provider may process data in other countries under their own data-processing terms. Where applicable, transfers rely on the safeguards offered by those providers, including Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention and deletion

We keep contact records and uploaded CSV files only for the launch readout, owner follow-up and a short support window, and delete them no later than 14 days after that window unless you ask us to keep a specific record for an active matter. Encrypted infrastructure backups rotate within the same 14-day window. Anonymous aggregate events may be retained for product measurement without the contact record. Proxy and firewall logs containing IP addresses are kept for up to 14 days.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop marketing emails, by writing to hello@oktosoft.cc. We will verify the request before acting.

Security and automated decisions

Contact records are stored separately from analytics, outside the served web root, with restricted file permissions. We do not make decisions with legal effect about you. The calculator is a planning aid and the demo output requires human review.

Children and policy changes

The site is intended for business owners and operators, not children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will review deletion. If this policy changes materially, we will update the date and publish the new version here.
