A custom AI system packaged in Docker and built around your data sources and the questions you need it to answer. Anthropic’s chat is the default interface. Your team can deploy it, or we can help set it up. The project price covers the agreed build; the AI plan, maintenance and later changes are separate.

For a simple one-source project, expect up to an hour of your own time to choose a server, create an Anthropic account and provide the required access. We’ll send recommendations and guide you through it. If you have a technical team, we work with them instead. More complex projects need more input as the number of sources, tools and custom requirements grows.

Mostly on how many data sources you want to connect and how much custom work they need. Popular APIs and well-organized data cost less; unusual integrations, document processing and messy data cost more. You’ll get a final quote after the briefing, and it only changes if the agreed scope changes.

Once we confirm your CSV is usable, you’ll receive a screen recording within 24 hours. We’ll ask your data several questions in plain English so you can see how the chat works and what its answers look like. It isn’t an audit or a promise that we’ll find a leak.

The system doesn’t depend on oktosoft to stay online. It runs from the Docker package on infrastructure you control, using your own accounts. Your technical team can restart, restore or move it without us. What you would lose is support, maintenance and future updates.

Don’t buy this if you have little usable digital data, no recurring questions to answer, or expect AI to make decisions for you. It works best when your business already has operational history in a CRM, spreadsheets or other systems—and someone ready to act on what the data shows.
